1. Overview
FRAYMIN ("the app", "we", "our") is a photo-framing and marking app for iOS developed by David Svensson. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used.
We are committed to your privacy. FRAYMIN is designed so that all processing happens locally on your device. We do not operate servers, and we do not collect or transmit any data about you or your photos.
2. Data we do not collect
FRAYMIN does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Photos or images you use in the app
- Text or drawings you add to your cards
- Your name, email address, or any identifying information
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Crash reports or diagnostics (beyond what Apple may collect separately via iOS)
3. Device permissions
FRAYMIN requests the following iOS permissions solely to enable core app functionality:
- Photo Library access — to let you select photos and to save exported cards to your camera roll. Photos are only read or written locally on your device.
- Camera access — to let you capture a photo directly within the app. Camera images are processed locally and never transmitted.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → FRAYMIN.
4. Third-party services
FRAYMIN does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. The app makes no network requests of its own.
Your device's operating system (iOS) and the App Store may independently collect certain diagnostic or usage information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. That data is governed solely by Apple and is not accessible to us.
5. Children's privacy
FRAYMIN does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app is safe for use by any age group from a data-privacy perspective. Parental guidance is still recommended for in-app purchases.
6. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users via an App Store update notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
